Stony Brook University ranked as one of the top 10 U.S. best colleges as cited in The Ladders.
The 2019 ranking is:

Stony Brook University has produced a great track record when it comes to job prospects, career earnings, and competitiveness. The qualities of the undergraduate and graduate programs have also been ranked near the top. In particular, Stony Brook's Department of Applied Mathematics and Statistics has ranked for several years as one of the top five U.S. undergraduate programs by College Factual, as cited in USA Today (read more).
