This email is sent on behalf of IGC Housing. Please see the details below if you wish to apply for Fall 2022 IGC Student Housing. You may check the post on the IGC Housing website notice board for more information.
Application Period:July 11 (Mon) @10 AM - July 14 (Thu), 2022 @ 5 PM
Housing Fee Payment Period: July 22 (Fri) @10 AM - July 27 (Wed), 2022 @11:50 PM
Eligibility: Enrolled students of Fall 2022
Period of Residence
- August 29 (Mon) - December 18 (Sun), 2022
- 16 Weeks
Cost:
- Dorm A (Double Room): 1,200,000 KRW
- Dorm B (Single Room): 1,800,000 KRW
How to Apply and Pay: 1) Go to the IGC Housing website, click "LOG-IN" on the top right corner, and log in using your IGC integrated account (https://housing.igc.or.kr). 2) Click the "Check-in" menu and complete your housing application. 3) You must pay the housing fee from July 22 to July 27 through the virtual account payment system on the IGC Housing website. Please see here for more information about the virtual account:Virtual Account Payment Guideline 4) International students will have a virtual account to pay the housing fee within a month after checking in the housing.
Terms: First-come, first-serve, as there could be room shortage.※ Once there is no room available, you will not be able to apply, or your application will be canceled automatically.
Check-in Period
- Date: August 24 (Wed) - August 25 (Thu), 2022
- Time: 10 AM - 12 PM & 1 PM - 5 PM
Requirements for Check-in *subject to change
- Chest X-Ray Tuberculosis Test Result (Original Copy, within 3 months before the check-in date)
- Vaccination certificate (paper/mobile APP) or Rapid Antigen Test (paper/test results within 2 days from check-in day)
- ID Card
