On May 22nd, President Arthur Lee and the Vice President of Administration and External Relations Pyungryun Yu at SUNY Korea attended the Republic of Azerbaijan's Independence Day ceremony at the Grand Hyatt in Seoul. This event commemorated independence of the Republic of Azerbaijan, first declared in 1918, and saw participation from numerous representatives of embassies and organizations in Korea.
The attendance of President Lee and VP Yu highlights SUNY Korea’s commitment to fostering and enhancing international relationships. The event provided a great platform for the university’s leadership to interact with global counterparts and explore potential areas for cooperation and partnership.
