Internship Opportunity at AMCHAM

Dear Students,
 
CDC would like to introduce an immediate internship opportunity from The American Chamber of Commerce in Korea (AMCHAM Korea) 주한미국상공회의소.

AMCHAM is searching for interns to assist the Government & Corporate Affairs Department /Strategy & Planning Department. 

It will be a paid internship that can provide palpable experience in an international business environment, and the office is located in Two IFC Yeouido, Seoul.

  • Office Location: Yeouido, Seoul
  • Wage: 9,700 KRW per hour (2023)
  • Hiring Position:  Government & Corporate Affairs /Strategy & Planning Department
  • Internship Period: Starting from January 2, 2023 until March 31, 2023 (*negotiable)
  • Working Hours: Mon - Fri (7 hours per day) 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Major Tasks:
    • Monitoring and reporting up-to-date industry-specific issues
    • Research for drafting position papers on member company advocacy support
    • Assisting with the production of COVID Daily Tracker
    • Preparation on assistance for various AMCHAM events with logistics and documenting events
    • Monitoring AMCHAM and member companies' media coverage
    • Assisting Strategy & Planning Department whenever requested
    • Others
  • Qualifications:
    • University/graduate school students, recent graduates
    • Strong written & spoken communication skills in both Korean and English
    • Working  knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Research experience preferred
    • Detail-oriented, professional, responsible, and good interpersonal skills
