At SUNY Korea Career Development Center, we help students identify and pursue their authentic career interests through developing personal action plans – from reviewing resume/cover letter, internship search, assisting with interview preparation, providing workshops/ career events and creating networks with alumni and professionals – which facilitates focused exploration and confident, educated decision making. SUNY Korea CDC is committed to enhancing competitiveness of all students for the global job market. To help students make a successful transition to the professional world, we have designed a variety of career development and employment support programs.
Roles & Mission

Main Programs
One-on-one Meetings & Career Counseling
The CDC provides 1 on 1 counseling sessions to students based on their backgrounds, experience, interests and skills. Students can get professional help on drafting their resume/cover letter by studying the guidelines/samples from the CDC.
Career Workshops/Events
The CDC holds career workshops/events every semester to help current students hear from professionals in various job fields and students can get motivated and acquire useful tips through participating in these events.

The CDC closely collaborates with the other IGC universities to hold Career Fairs to which about 30 companies are invited and also offers students the opportunity to actually visit companies and participate in various competitions.
