with nor receive assistance on any examination, homework, take-home test, or other graded
assignment for which you are not permitted to seek help from a tutor.
Your appointment may be recorded as the Tutoring Center staff may review the session
for tutor evaluation purposes.
Treat tutors, other students, and staff with courtesy and respect at all times.
Tutoring is not a substitute for attending class regularly.
Tutors are not academic advisors. Seek assistance from an appropriate advisor to
address any questions you may have related to course selection, academic requirements,
majors, or academic standing concerns.
Course-based tutoring : Your tutor may have taken the course with an instructor
different from your own and that peer tutors obtain recommendations from the faculty members
who instructed the courses when they were enrolled. Therefore, the Tutoring Center does not
guarantee that the tutor is endorsed by the current course instructor. The way in which
course material is presented may differ depending upon who the current instructor is and
thus may affect the tutor's ability to assist you.

The Fall 2023 tutoring session for AMS and MAT will be held in person.
Students are allowed to get a tutor for 1 hour per subject per week.
Tutors will be assigned randomly based on your available time.
ONLY the students who are currently taking the courses can request tutoring.
Tutors and tutees should keep the time and date, and the tutors are required to turn in the
proof in documents.
The student will get a penalty when an accusation of dishonesty is appealed.
