We would like to introduce a job opportunity at AMCHAM (American Chamber of Commerce in Korea). 
 
 
AMCHAM Korea was founded in 1953, with a broad mandate to encourage the development of investment and trade between Korea and the United States. AMCHAM Korea is the largest foreign chamber in Korea with approximately 800 member companies and affiliates with diverse interests and substantial participation in the Korean economy. AMCHAM Korea is looking for an intern in the Communications/PR Department. Please read below and check the attached document for more details. 
 
  • Organization: AMCHAM Korea (Website)
  • Job Position: Intern in the Government & Corporate Affairs Department
  • Work Period: January 19, 2024 - April 19, 2024 (negotiable)
  • Tasks

-  Monitoring and reporting up-to-date industry-specific issues

- Research for drafting position papers on member company advocacy support

- Preparation assistance for various AMCHAM events with logistics and documenting events

- Monitoring AMCHAM and member companies’ media coverage

  • Qualifications

- Bilingual (English and Korean)

- Strong writing skills

- Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

- Detail-oriented, professional, responsible
