Dear Students,
This is a last reminder for the Spring 2023 IGC Career Festival event, which will be held on this Saturday, March 18 from 12PM to 4:30PM.
While you might not be aware of some of the job functions, this is a great opportunity to learn about diverse career paths, how to prepare for the job, and ask your mentor any questions you may have.
Come and enjoy delicious food from various food trucks!!
**RSVP is due this Wednesday, March 15, 11:59pm. (may close early if sports are filled quickly)**
We are excited to announce to you the Spring 2023 IGC Career Festival - "Find Your Mentors!", which will take place at SUNY Korea building on Saturday, March 18 from 12PM to 4:30PM.
In collaboration with all four IGC universities, IGC Career Teams will be offering an inspiring mentoring session with qualified professionals from diverse industries - from major corporate companies to global fast-growing startups.
10 mentors who are accomplished leaders in their respective fields will interact with students to share their knowledge and experience in each field & functional role.
After lunch with various food trucks, there will be an orientation where one of the mentors briefly explains and introduces participating mentors for 15-20 minutes. Afterwards, students will be split into groups of 10, and group mentoring sessions will be held in three-time slots (up to 35 minutes each). We may request you to select up to 3 mentors for group mentoring sessions and receive questions for mentors prior to the event through the RSVP form.
Mentoring sessions have limited seats available (maximum of 15 students per mentor), so make sure you sign up early by filling out the RSVP link. This event is open to all students who are enrolled in IGC universities' undergraduate and graduate programs.
