Policy on in-person classes at SUNY Korea

Writer Administrator Date Created 2022.08.29 Hits417

Consistent with the recent Korean government directives, all of the Fall 2022 classes at SUNY Korea are held in person. In order to maintain our community safe and provide the best educational experience for our students, SUNY Korea has established the following policy:

Students who are confirmed with COVID-19 infection must:

  • Inform all of their instructors immediately of the date of a positive test.
  • Follow government guidelines including a seven-day quarantine.
  • Return to class after completion of the self-quarantine period. Negative test results are not necessary to return to class.
  • Instructors will accommodate you during the period of self-quarantine. Instructors may request proof of a positive test (PCR or RAT), for example when an exam or important due dates are involved.

We would like to ask for your full cooperation in order to keep our community safe and provide the best educational experience for our students.
