Dear SUNY Korea Community,
Once again, the annual SUNY Korea's Got Talent Show is back! The event will be part of the 2022 Year-End Party, which will take place on Friday, November 25, 2022. There is a lot of information below, so please read through them carefully.
Result Announcement: Friday, November 11, 2022 / The selected performer(s) will be contacted via email.
*Subject to change / Not all the teams that apply will be able to participate in the talent show. Please submit your application and audition video on time to be considered.
Prize (Gift Certificate):
1st - 500,000 KRW
2nd - 300,000 KRW
3rd - 200,000 KRW
Eligibility, Rules & Regulations:
- Currently enrolled SUNY Korea students, faculty, and/or staff
- Required to attend the rehearsal on Friday before the actual event
- Singing, dancing, instruments' performances, skit, magic, etc.
- Performance should not exceed 7 minutes
- Lyrics, costume, props, and overall performances should be compliant with the University policy and appropriate for all audiences
- No swear/curse words are allowed in the music/lyrics (clean version required)
- You will be required to provide your own background music (in .mp3 format)
- Dressing rooms will not be available
- Explosives, flammables, fireworks, fuels, lighters, sharp objects, toxic chemicals and weapons are PROHIBITED
- Regardless of the number of members in the group, one award will be given to each winning group; not each participant
- Participating in the event means that the participant(s) agree to have their performances photographed/filmed and uploaded on a SUNY Korea online platform
- You may be disqualified from the talent show if you do not follow the mentioned rules and regulations
