We are pleased to announce that the Fall 2023 Career Talk to You "Fashion in Passion" is scheduled for November 15, 12:10pm - 1:30pm at C105.
In this event, Chung Chung Lee, CEO and creative director at LIE Collection will give a talk on his career journey in the fashion field.
Chung Chung Lee was raised in an environment that fostered creativity and encouraged experimentation, having access to runways and various fashion week events across the globe from the age of 14. Since its launch in 2013, his brand LIE has grown to include two free standing stores in Korea, 60 stores in the United States, Europe, Hong Kong and Singapore including a permanent section in the flagship LIE SANG BONG Concept Store in New York's Meatpacking District.
Holding a degree in menswear from Central Saint Martins in London, Designer Lee gets inspired not just by photos, paintings and movies, but also from social issues that he comes across when he reads the news.
In fact, his brand LIE has been invited to three of the big four fashion weeks in New York, Paris and London since its launch and Lee was selected as one of the four leading designers of Korean fashion during the fashion week in 2022.

“The world’s attention on the Korean fashion brands has grown in the past years, especially since about 2016 and 2017, and is currently at its peak, but it still has the potential to grow further,” said Lee during an interview for the Korea JoongAng Daily.
