  * This application is ONLY for those who are planning to visit SBU in Fall 2026-Spring 2027.
• SBU Visit Cancellation: Link HERE (as soon as the decision is made)
  * This cancellation applies only to students who registered for the SBU visit in Fall 2026–Spring 2027. It is NOT a form for permanent cancellation of the SBU visit.

SBU Visit Information Session (Tentative)
* If you are unable to attend the information session at the scheduled time, please contact the department. Only extraordinary cases (such as military leave) will be considered.

• Date: Wednesday, March 11, 2026
• Time: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
• Location: TBA

Important Notes

1. A follow-up email regarding the SBU Visit Information Session will be sent to students who submit the SBU Visit application ONLY.
2. The department will place a hold on students who need to visit SBU but did not submit the application form. This will prevent you from registering for the courses in the upcoming semesters.
3. Please make sure to read all the must-read information before you make the decision.
