RMHC (Ronald McDonald House Charities) Korea is hosting 2025 Happy Walk, and SUNY Korea is inviting passionate, community-minded individuals to join them as volunteers for this meaningful and fun-filled event! In 2024, RMHC celebrated 50 years of supporting children and their families. As a global non-profit, RMHC operates in 62 countries through a strong international network, delivering programs focused on child and family care.

The Happy Walk is more than just a walk - it’s a celebration of togetherness, joy, and giving back. With your help, we can make this year’s event even more memorable for everyone involved.
 

◼ Event: 2025 McDonald’s Happy Walk

◼ Volunteer Hours: Sunday, May 25 / 08:00 – 14:00

(We kindly ask all volunteers to arrive on time and stay for the full duration of the event)

* Please note that the schedule may be subject to change depending on on-site conditions

◼ Location: Peace Plaza, Sangam World Cup Stadium (251, World Cup-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul | 상암월드컵경기장 평화광장)

◼ Main Roles of Volunteers:

. Support the operation of the RMHC Korea booth, including assisting with family-friendly experience programs, providing information about RMHC, and managing event participation records.

. Help promote on-site donations by introducing RMHC’s donation programs and encouraging new registrations.

. Assist with general event operations as needed throughout the day.
 

◼ Additional Information:

. Lunch and official volunteer T-shirts will be provided.

. A one-day volunteer orientation may be held before the event, although the date and necessity have not been confirmed yet.

. Number of Positions Available: Approximately 5 to 10 student volunteers
