SUNY Korea has been invited to support the International Forum "We, the Youth" (IFWY) 2025 Korean Dialogue Without Borders, taking place October 11-12, 2025, at the MBC Training Center in Yangju-si, Gyeonggi Province.
What Is IFWY?
IFWY is a global platform co-hosted by UNRISD (United Nations Research Institute for Social Development), MBC, Eunpyeong-gu, and Hanyang University, designed to empower young people (ages 18–35) to engage in high-level discussions and co-create solutions around:
Social Justice
Environmental Sustainability
Technology and Ethics
Peacebuilding
Democracy and Global Cooperation
About the Korean Dialogue Without Borders
This dialogue gathers youth from diverse backgrounds to explore and propose solutions to critical global issues. It’s an inclusive, multicultural space designed to foster connection, creativity, and action. From this event, 25 outstanding youth delegates will be selected to represent Korea at the IFWY 2025 Final Conference, held in Seoul from October 26-30, 2025. The resolutions developed at the final forum will be presented at major global platforms including the UN World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD) and the G20.
