Incheon City is now accepting applications for the International Organization Career Exploration Program, a unique opportunity for local youth to gain professional experience with an international organization. This fall's program will be hosted by UNESCAP (United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific), East and North-East Asia Office, located in Songdo, Incheon. This initiative aims to increase Incheon youth’s exposure to global institutions and support their career development in international fields.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be fluent in English and meet one of the following conditions:
A current university (or graduate) student who resides in Incheon or attends a university located in Incheon
A university (or graduate) student who graduated from a high school in Incheon
A current intern at an international organization located in Incheon who meets the program's conditions
Not Eligible:
Non-residents of Incheon (※ Exception: You may apply if you graduated from a high school in Incheon or can provide proof of enrollment or graduation from a university in Incheon)
Foreign nationals
Applicants who have previously participated in this program with UNESCAP (However, you may apply for other international organizations in future rounds)

Internship Details
Duration: August 1 – October 31, 2025 (3 months)
※ May be extended to 6 months upon mutual agreement with UNESCAP (stipend provided only for the first 3 months)
Location: UNESCAP East and North-East Asia Office, G-Tower (6th–7th floors), Songdo, Incheon
Working Hours:7 hours/day, 5 days/week
※ Time off, holidays, or schedule changes must be coordinated with the supervisor.

Support & Benefits
Activity Stipend: Based on Korea’s minimum hourly wage (₩10,030/hour), paid monthly based on attendance log
