Dear Students,

 

The Korea Electronics Technology Institute (KETI) is recruiting Contract Researchers for June 2025. 2. Required Documents & Notes

General Eligibility

Applicants must be scheduled to graduate by August 2025 (only those who submit a certificate of expected graduation and/or expected degree are eligible). * High school students scheduled to graduate are not eligible. If the position includes multiple responsibilities, applicants must be able to perform at least one of the listed tasks.

 

Required Documents

  • Certificate of graduation or expected graduation from the most recent school

(Graduates: Certificate of graduation (or degree), Expected graduates: Certificate of expected graduation / Students who have completed coursework: Certificate of completion / Current students: Certificate of enrollment / High school graduates: Submit high school graduation certificate or documents should be based on your highest level of education)

  • Official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate programs attended

(Bachelor’s degree: Submit undergraduate transcripts, Transfer students: Submit transcripts from both before and after the transfer, Master’s degree: Submit both undergraduate and graduate (master's) transcripts, Doctoral degree: Submit transcripts for undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs, All current students (e.g., undergraduates or master's students) must submit transcripts based on their current degree program.)

Please combine all required documents (e.g., degree certificates, transcripts) into a single PDF file, and attach it at the bottom of the application form.
 

Important Notes

  • All documents must be submitted within the designated application period.
  • Failure to use the official application form, late submission, missing documents, omission of the desired position, or mismatched academic background may result in disqualification. Please carefully follow the instructions in the recruitment notice.
  • Submit the application form and all required documents via a personal email account (e.g., Gmail, Naver, etc.), not an institutional email address.
  • Any disadvantages caused by omissions, errors, incorrect submissions, or technical issues are the sole responsibility of the applicant.
  • Applicants may only apply to one position listed under this contract-based recruitment. Multiple applications are not allowed.
  • The employment period may be subject to adjustment (shortened or extended) depending on the project timeline and participation requirements.

  • Deadline: Only applications received by 1:00 PM on Monday, May 19 will be accepted. ※ Only documents received in the designated email inbox by the deadline will be considered. Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted.
  • Submission Method: By email only – recruit@keti.re.kr ※ Postal mail and in-person submissions will not be accepted. Applications must be submitted only via the specified method.
  • Note: The email subject line and the filename of the submitted document must follow the format:
    [Applicant’s Name][Department Name][Position Number] (Example: JaneDoe_HRDept_Field1)
    * Be sure to include both the recruiting department name and the position number in the subject line and file name.

 

4. Notification of Results

  • Document Screening Results: By Monday, May 26, 2025
  • Interview Results: By Friday, May 30, 2025
  • Appointment / Start Date: June 1, 2025 / June 2, 2025

- The screening schedule and appointment/start dates are subject to change based on KETI’s internal circumstances.

- The official start date may also vary depending on the terms of the employment contract.

- Notifications of results and interview schedules will be sent via the email or SMS provided in your application. Please make sure to check your messages in a timely manner.

 

 

Other Notes:

  • It is expected that the number of applicants will increase as the deadline approaches, so please submit your application before the deadline to avoid any issues.
  • Once the submission period has ended, no modifications can be made to the details provided in the application form.

  • Please ensure you check the result announcements on the specified dates to confirm the interview schedule and your status.
  • If no suitable candidates are found after the final screening, the position may remain unfilled.
  • If fraudulent activity, such as bribery, is discovered after an offer has been made, the offer may be canceled.
  • Submitted documents, such as application forms, will only be used for the purpose of recruitment.
  • According to the Act on the Fair Hiring Procedure, applicants can request the return of recruitment documents within 15 days from the date the result is finalized via email at shimsy@keti.re.kr.
