• Department: Human Capital Consulting Division
• Position: Intern / Determined after interview
• Start Date: ASAP (Employment period: 3 months)

Responsibilities

1. HR Cloud System Implementation Project Intern

• Support overall PMO tasks for the global HR Cloud system implementation project
• Assist in facilitating key meetings and workshops
• Support preparation of major project reports and deliverables
• Take meeting minutes and provide interpretation/translation assistance
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of project team members

2. HC Division – Domestic Financial Holding Company Project Intern

• Collect and organize survey data; assist in creating various documents including PPT, Excel, and Word
• Support identification of issues in existing HR policies and systems and help discover improvement opportunities
• Conduct benchmarking and analysis of organizational structures and HR systems of leading global companies

Qualifications

1. HR Cloud System Implementation Project Intern

• Must be available to work full-time for 3 months starting August 2025 (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a domestic or international university (HR or IT-related majors preferred)
• Understanding of consulting business and fluent in business English
• Proficient in creating presentations and spreadsheets (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Possess competencies aligned with Global Talent Standards

2. HC Division – Domestic Financial Holding Company Project Intern

• Must be available to work full-time for 3 to 6 months starting August 2025 (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a domestic or international university (HR-related majors)
• Understanding of consulting business and fluent in business English
• Proficient in creating presentations and spreadsheets (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Must be able to commit to at least 3 months
• Possess competencies aligned with Global Talent Standards 

Preferred Qualifications

1. HR Cloud System Implementation Project Intern

• Native-level proficiency in both English and Korean
• Experience in HR consulting projects or hands-on usage of HR consulting tools
• Strong interest in consulting and relevant work experience
• Desire to work in the consulting field and pursue continuous professional growth

2. HC Division – Domestic Financial Holding Company Project Intern

• Experience in HR consulting projects
• Strong interest in consulting and relevant work experience
• Desire to work in the consulting field and pursue continuous professional growth
