Internship Details

  • Position: Business & Marketing Intern
  • Program Type: Internship / Part Time Work Program
  • Start Date: From April 2026 (Negotiable)
  • Work Period: 3 months to 1 year
  • Working Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Remote & In-person, Seoul or Los Angeles)
  • Compensation: 15,000 KRW per hour

 

About the Role

Marketing Interns at Nuleep help deliver innovative and meaningful stories and messages for our users. You will be developing brand strategies, initiatives, ideas, and presentations to address marketing goals across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You will partner with our brand partners, universities, sponsors, companies, and our users to improve our business moments and communications across all of Nuleep’s product solutions including: Nuleep APP, Nuleep Partners, Collective Voice, Connect@Nuleep, Nuleep Hexagon, Nuleep Startup, Nuleep Consulting and more. You will also support in identifying and prioritizing new leadership programs, partnership opportunities, and help build an ecosystem with our partners (universities, clubs, companies, recruiters, etc.).

 

Potential Responsibilities

As a business and marketing intern, you will get a chance to learn and contribute in all phases of marketing, branding, communications, and partnerships. You will work directly with senior leadership to develop business development programs, leadership programs and community impact for workforce development and global initiatives. You will be able to work with global leaders and our internal executives, on both short and long terms brand strategies, communications, and design.

  • Familiarity and ability to use Canva, and other similar software to create marketing and communication materials
  • Excited to develop new graphic assets, charts and diagrams for presentations, and proposal designs
  • Improve and execute entire social media campaigns, engagement, and communications to improve user conversations across all Nuleep Platforms by helping to manage social media channels
  • Research and build new content around data, research studies, and by conducting interviews to write and design intentional articles and posts
  • Prepare and draft grant proposals, client bids, and client decks
  • Research and identify new partner relationships
  • Update and maintain landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Develop visual and written copy and content for product lines, promotions, partnerships, press, and events
  • Invent novel solutions to meaningful problems

 

Qualifications

We require a deep understanding of communications and marketing principles and the following:

  • Must be proficient in both Korean and English (both verbal and written)
  • Canva, Google Business Suite, and Microsoft Suite. Graphic and Video editing programs are a plus!
  • Strong social networking skills in platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and other SNS
  • Ability to execute Email campaigns, Events, and Press materials
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic while driving results
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and amazing attention to detail
  • Great work ethic and driven to learn more
  • Must be currently enrolled in a full-time degree program in Business, Communications, Finance or a related business field with a graduation date no earlier than June 2026

In order to qualify for this opportunity, a student must:

  • Be a continuing graduate or undergraduate student in good academic standing
  • Cannot be graduating March 2026 - June 2026 and is not open to alumni
  • Be eligible to participate in part time work
