DreamAll is currently hiring for the EngAll Tutor HR Management & ESL Content Creation position, exclusively for international students.

DreamAll is an EdTech startup operating EngAll, a 1:1 customized online English learning platform. Based in Seoul, we work with a small in-house team and a global network of ESL tutors across the world.
Our goal at DreamAll is to empower learners (mostly based in Korea) to use English confidently to move closer to their goals. We provide personalized classes and programs that support real outcomes, from building confident conversational skills to preparing for overseas study, global careers, and high-stakes presentations.
Develop content using web resources, AI tools, and presentation tools (such as Canva, Gamma, etc.)
Team Support
Support product QA related to tutors and review English content
Provide support for other operational and system management tasks
Required Qualifications
Professional level English proficiency
TOPIK level 4 or above
Residing in Korea
Strong ability to manage tasks systematically and follow up effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Major or work experience in English, English education, international studies, or HR
Comfortable working in a bilingual environment
Experience using various work tools such as Notion, Zoom, Google Workspace (G Suite), and Canva

Hiring Process
After reviewing the submitted documents, selected candidates will be contacted by the DreamAll team via phone.
Following the call, an ESL content-related assignment may be provided as part of the screening process.
The hiring process consists of two rounds of interviews. Depending on the applicant’s experience and background, as well as internal considerations, an additional third interview may be conducted.
