About the Internship
Position: Global Trainee
Location: Yongin Office in Korea
Employment Terms: 18-month internship (This is an internship program with the possibility of full-time conversion, which will be determined based on performance evaluation.)
Compensation: To be discussed
Department: Rotational (with a focus on Sales; exposure to multiple departments)
Key Responsibilities
Participate in MAN Korea’s internal projects and strategic initiatives
Support reporting to management and global headquarters
Contribute to the implementation of internal processes and external strategies
Collaborate in interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams
Gain exposure to sales, after-sales, and broader organizational functions
Join transformation efforts in decarbonization and process digitalization
Qualifications
Expected December 2025 graduates or recent graduates
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial), Business, or related field
Fluent in Korean and English
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Self-motivated and proactive work ethic
Enjoyment of teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Prior experience in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
