Dear Club Executives and Students,
 
The Club Expo and Club Name Request Form Deadline (March 3).
New and continuing clubs are all required to submit the Name Update Request Form if clubs would like to list up on the General Waiver form.
New and continuing clubs that would like to participate in Club Expo (12:30 PM ~ 13:30 PM, March 8), are welcome to submit the Club Expo Participation form by 12 PM, March 3. 
Please complete the form by the designated period as we don't take late submissions.

- Club Expo Participation Form : (Deadline: 12 PM (noon), March 3, 2023)
- Name Update Form for General Membership Waiver Form: (Deadline: 3 PM,  March 3, 2023)
- Semester Plan and Constitution (refer to the attachment)  -> submit through https://forms.gle/NHuxvQ92chYNPG3E6 (Deadline: 3 PM, March 15, 2023)
- General Membership Waiver Form: (Deadline: 3 PM, March 15, 2023)

- 01. Registration Application for SUNY Korea Clubs & Organizations -> submit through https://forms.gle/NHuxvQ92chYNPG3E6 (Deadline: 3 PM, March 15, 2023)
 
[Continuing Club ONLY]
- Update the Club Information Form: (Deadline: 3 PM, March 15, 2023)
