RIMAN Korea is a global K-Beauty company that develops and distributes beauty and wellness products based on its heritage ingredient, Giant BYoungPool™. The company currently operates in approximately 17 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Japan. Supported by its smart farm and research facilities in Jeju, RIMAN Korea continues to strengthen its ingredient competitiveness and brand value while expanding its presence in the global beauty market.
1. Global PR Team Internship
Key Responsibilities
Support domestic and international media communications and public relations activities
Assist in drafting brand and product press releases, as well as feature articles
Monitor media coverage and online channels (Daily Clipping)
Support brand issue and risk management, as well as ESG and CSR projects
Support global PR and communication initiatives
Qualifications
Expected graduates, students on leave of absence, or graduates holding a bachelor’s degree or higher
Strong interest in writing, storytelling, and communications
Interest in the beauty, lifestyle, and media industries
Preferred Qualifications
English or other foreign language proficiency
Experience in student media, ambassador programs, content creation, or related activities
Experience creating articles, blog posts, or social media content
Portfolio demonstrating writing or content creation skills
Strong understanding of global markets and cultures
2. Global Marketing Strategy Team Internship
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on global beauty market trends and consumer behavior
Support competitor and product analysis for China and APAC markets
Monitor global consumer communities and identify market insights
Assist with social media content planning and execution
Support data collection and analysis for global marketing strategy development
Qualifications
Expected graduates, students on leave of absence, or graduates holding a bachelor’s degree or higher
Strong interest in the beauty industry and global consumer good market
Understanding of social media and digital content trends
Preferred Qualifications
Chinese language proficiency (English proficiency is also welcomed)
Experience using platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube
Interest in analyzing market data and consumer insights
Strong interest in K-Beauty and the globe beauty industry
Program Information
Employment Type: 3-month internship → 1-year contract position → potential full-time conversion based on performance evaluation
Location: Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul
Monthly Salary: Approximately KRW 2,500,000 (full-time basis)
