Internship Details
Position: HR & Administration Intern
Location: Korea
Start Date: May 4, 2026 (Monday)
Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension based on performance and internal circumstances)
About the Role
The purpose of this function is to provide administrative support in HR & Administration department in order to ensure smooth and excellent operational process and operation in Vena Energy Korea office for its successful project progress. This function is to focus on employee service and administration support. As an Associate (Intern) in Admin, this function is mainly responsible for office & facility management, travel & meeting & mail management, employee engagement & event support, and ad-hoc support as required.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Facility Management
Manage office and pantry supplies procurement, ensuring proper stock levels
Manage office security, access control (e.g., access cards, CCTV, visitor log), and asset inventory tracking
Travel & Meeting Coordination
Coordinate travel bookings (flights, accommodation, visas, transportation, itineraries) for international travels
Provide administrative service or support to guests (excluding VIPs) and visitors
Meeting & Mail Management
Coordinate staff meetings and external meetings, including room booking, AV setup, and logistics
Manage mail, delivery, and courier services
Employee Engagement & Event Support
Provide support to organize team engagement and employee related activities
Support local, company events when needed; work with Admin function in HQ for group level activity
