We are excited to announce a full-time conversion internship opportunity at Deloitte Korea for students interested in building a career in real estate consulting within the Management Consulting Division – Real Estate Department (SRT-RE).
As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting real estate transaction advisory, development planning, feasibility studies, and investment consulting projects while collaborating with experienced professionals in a dynamic and global environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support real estate transaction advisory projects
Assist with real estate development planning
Conduct real estate feasibility studies and analysis
Support real estate investment advisory and consulting projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4-year) or higher
Open to entry-level candidates (no prior work experience required)
Demonstrated competencies aligned with Deloitte’s Global Talent Standards
Major in a real estate-related field (e.g., Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Hospitality/Tourism, Golf Course Management, etc.), or applicants from other disciplines with a strong interest in real estate and/or relevant internship experience
This internship is designed as a recruitment program for entry-level hires. Any prior relevant work experience will not be recognized as professional experience for employment purposes
Master's or doctoral degrees held by applicants will not be recognized as professional work experience
