I. General Provisions

client's request for changes in the detailed list.

* Note: This period may change based on the client's circumstances.
II. Bidding Schedule and Submission
A. Bidding Schedule
※ The schedule is subject to change due to circumstances, and any changes will be notified in advance via
phone call or email.
B. Submission Method: Postal submission (Accepted until June 23, 2026 (Wed), postmarked date)

IV. Eligibility
A. Qualified under the “Enforcement Decree of The Act on Contracts to Which the State Is A Party.”
B. A corporation company registered under the “Framework Act on the Construction Industry” as a licensed
building construction business or civil engineering and building construction business
C. Registration must be completed by the bid registration deadline.
D. Companies with valid business registration and currently engaged in activities relevant to the bidding
conditions.
E. If unqualified bidders participate, they may be sanctioned as fraudulent contractors under the “Enforcement
Decree of The Act on Contracts to Which the State Is A Party.”
V. Bid Opening
A. Date: June 24, 2026 (Wed.)
B. Location: Room A604, The State University of New York Korea Building
VI. Determination of Successful Bidder
A. Candidates with a combined score of 70 or higher in technical capability and price evaluation will be
selected as negotiation candidates.
B. Negotiations will proceed in order of highest scores among the selected negotiation candidates.
C. If an agreement is reached with the highest-ranking negotiation candidate, negotiations with other candidates
will not be conducted. However, if negotiations with the primary candidate fail, negotiations will proceed with
the next highest-ranking candidate.
D. Negotiation Procedure and Contract Conclusion
1) The negotiation period will be within 15 days from the date of the negotiation commencement notice.
2) Upon reaching an agreement, the results will be immediately notified in writing to the negotiating
company, and the contract must be signed within 10 days unless there are special circumstances.
* Note: The conclusion and execution of the contract will follow the written notice, negotiation results, the "ACT ON CONTRACTS TO WHICH A LOCAL GOVERNMENT IS A PARTY," its Enforcement Decree and Enforcement Rule, and the general conditions, special conditions, bidding instructions, and general principles based on this act.
VII. Invalidation of Bids
: In accordance with the “Enforcement Decree of The Act on Contracts to Which the State Is A Party.”

IX. Others
A. This bid will be conducted in accordance with the procurement procedures of the State University of New
York Korea, and matters not specified in the procedure will be governed by the “Enforcement Decree of The
Act on Contracts to Which the State Is A Party.”
B. Bidders are responsible for understanding all aspects of the bid, including bid conditions and equipment
status. Failure to do so is the responsibility of the bidder.
C. Incomplete or unclear documents may result in rejection, and submitted documents will not be returned.
D. In case of disputes in the bidding, contract, or contract execution, the university's interpretation or judgment
will dominate.
E. If there are fewer than 2 participating companies, a re-bid notice will be announced.
